- Banner Specifications: Your banner must adhere to the following specifications:

- Format: We accept banners in JPEG, PNG format.
- File Size: The banner file size should not exceed 10 mb .
- Content: Banners must comply with our content guidelines (no offensive, explicit, or illegal content). We reserve the right to reject banners that do not meet our standards.
- Banner Submission: Please submit your banner to our advertising team at least 48 hours prior to the desired advertisement start date. This allows us sufficient time to review and approve your banner.
- Banner Positioning: Banner placements are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to accommodate specific placement requests, but we cannot guarantee them.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Once payment has been made and your advertisement is activated, refunds will not be provided. If you wish to cancel or modify your advertisement before it goes live, please contact our team as soon as possible.
- Availability: Banner advertisement placements are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to accommodate your desired advertising dates, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.
